We are at your service 24 hours a day to solve your problems and to give all kinds of support you need. You can contact  with our Customer Services Department online or by phone at anytime you wish. The department is at the service of our customers with complete sense of responsibility. The department team works from 08:00 to 19:00 with dedicated efforts
to meet the expectations of the customers. The couriers are informed by the Operation Department about the incoming  posting requests. The Operation Department consists of a Call Center and a Coordination Unit. The requests that are taken  by the Call Center are transferred to the couriers by our staff.  The Call Center can contact with the nearest courier with the latest mobile phone and wireless systems so that the posting  requests are immediately put in operation. Avrupa Courier Posting works with the latest communication systems and software
programs for high-standard, non-problematic services. Each step of our services is reported and the customers are informed via e-mail about the latest news.
