department team works from 08:00 to 19:00 with dedicated efforts
to meet the expectations of the customers. The couriers are informed by
the Operation Department about the incoming posting requests. The
Operation Department consists of a Call Center and a Coordination Unit.
The requests that are taken by the Call Center are transferred to
the couriers by our staff. The Call Center can contact with the
nearest courier with the latest mobile phone and wireless systems so
that the posting requests are immediately put in operation. Avrupa
